Bounty Hunter Bug

I have been playing as a bounty hunter and after the new update when ever I restrain someone there name come off of the wanted list. Could you check this bug and fix it.

I have also noticed this and had two hunters being annoyed at me because they thought i pardoned them off the wanted list. Perhaps this was so that other hunters didn't steal the bounty.
