Description of what happened:he was talking through side chat and would not stop he has been doing it since 9pm till server restart
What Rule Was Broken ?:Rule 3B-no talking in side channel
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:yea i actually warned him in the video aswell and as you can see he still carried on
