Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Bobby Bobington & Waly Wooh
Time & Date this happened: 22:58 GMT, 08/01/2015
Description of what happened: I (CSO Patrick Fish) was on duty taking cover while [sPC] Tom Martin attempted negotiations with [TI] clan (I think) during the robbery of the HM Treasury. A vehicle with seemingly no connection to the robbery approached me and clearly VDM'd me on purpose. Both players exited the vehicle, planted a charge and detonated them, killing all 3 of us without saying a word.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried to initate RP as you can see in the video but there was no response. It seemed like a pretty clear cut VDM/RDM against an unsuspecting CSO and I don't think there was any way to contact them outside of RP without access to civilian side chat.
