Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: We were in an active firefight and had heavily armed rebels on the ground moving in on our location. I believed TI Ben to be their spotter hovering directly above our guys in the Police SUV and around the house. Ben was acting as a way point for the attacking rebels to move in.
Whilst taking fire from Bens ground troops, we fired warning shots at Bens helicopter as you can see in his video. Even with earplugs in Ben can hear the shots on the ground (starting from 38 seconds into the video) and knows exactly where we are standing. Those warning shots were for Ben to understand that he was in the middle of a warzone and flying that low directly above us was reckless. However he did not value his life and decides to come in as close as he can and hover directly in front of me whilst I continue to shoot at his heli. At 1min 28secs he decides he will come in closer to my location even though he can see me aiming at him warning him to back off. At this point I felt more threated by this helicopters presence than those shooting at us from the ground.
It is clear what Bens intentions were as he wanted to come closer to our location even though there was nowhere safe for him to land, instead opting to take his chances by rocking his heli and try to evade or dodge the bullets. Once I realised this hellcat had no intention of moving away after giving Ben over 40 seconds of warning shots and waiting for him to move away, i had no choice but to kill the pilot as I feared for the safety of myself and my team. Bens nor his friends on the ground had no intention of RP’ing at all as they have already stated in the video to “just kill everyone in sight”.
Furthermore, I have been playing on AltisLife for over 6 months and have always tried my hardest to follow all the server rules. I love the community and enjoy RPing a lot. I am a member of the NHS also purely because of the RP. However watching this video I can see some ways in which I can personally improve my own gameplay and RP, and promise to continue to follow server rules and RP to a higher standard. At that time all I could do was fire warning shots at Ben as the noise of the helicopter hovering only a few meters away was deafening.
