Blue snowball recognizes as "USB advanced audio device" and is incredibly loud

Its a massive problem I've had for the last day or so I've tried installing the drivers again but no luck. Its really impossible to play and talk with people now my blue snowball before sounded really good but now it picks up so much background noise and is really loud.

It also is recognised as a speaker in device manager.

Any help is much appreciated this is a massive problem
