Add custom tattoos to blazing tattoo studio (job script)

Detailed Suggestion:

Hi! I've been RPing out of the blazing tattoo studio on Vinewood Blvd for three weeks now and from what I gather it's going down great with other players, who are getting fully into the RP that I'm giving with the use of sound boards etc. Now I'd like to have the tattoo studio ran as a proper business offering custom tattoos which a lot of players seem to be asking for. 

Now I know there's many other tattoo studios in the city, I'd suggest not changing them and having the standard tattoos left in there so people can still get tattoos when I'm not online, but have custom tattoos at the studio I'm RPing from. I've made a website for the studio with booking forms etc which is:

The Pros:

Custom tattoos which seem to be requested all the time

The Cons:

Dev work.

Having two tattoo scripts

Door locks

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

I don't believe so, but it adds so much RP potental.

Why make it just one tattoo shop? Could be a lot cooler to have all the different ones set up as well as yours. 

Yours could for example specialize in Tribal Tattoos. And another vendor could specialize in Skulls etc. 

Makes the shops unique, same as car dealerships. Mosleys has a stock and Autocare has a whole other stock than them!

If people arent in the shop. A NPC could be a solution while the employees are gone.

 
As a theory, great suggestion!

Coming from someone without any FiveM Dev knowledge/experience, being able to have "custom" tattoos would be really cool and present all sorts of unique opportunities for roleplay, perhaps we could even look at making tattoos harder to get rid of? Force players to have their tattoos lasered off which could take far longer and require multiple "sessions" would make it far harder for players to change their appearance so quickly and present investigative opportunities to the police... Just a thought!

I do believe @Isak Vladislav's made some good points too - Having multiple tattoo shops would encourage competition and force artists "skill" to become a valuable asset to a business.

@its_justterry- When you say "Custom" tattoo's, could you expand on what you mean exactly? Are you intending to draw custom tattoo's per client on an ad-hoc basis? Or do you just want your own catalogue per-se of your custom work that you can then ink onto people?

Once again, I'm not 100% sure what would be possible in terms of the dev-work behind this, just wanting to try and establish more information 🙂

 
Similar to how Auto Exotics/ Tire Nuts v.s LS Customs/ Benny's, I dont see why not. We could have an NPC Tatoo shop (Basic Tatoos) and a player owned Tatoo shop (Custom Tatoos eg. colored, cheaper price etc). Its nice if we have more player owned stuff, that has its NPC counterpart so people have the option to choose if they wanna Roleplay with another player or not xD

A custom tattoo's I'd be more than happy to use FTU ones from the interweb. But as a tatooist IRL. I can add some designs that I've done on there too for REAL custom tattoos. Unique to one per person! 

I think the other studio idea is great! Although since I've been RPing the studio. A LOT of people have told me they've not seen anyone do this on the server before.

Also in terms of removal. I'd get rid of this. A tattoo is for life. IRL you can't easily get rid of them. RP should be the same. Makes you think more about the choices you make in terms of getting a tattoo

Just wanted to chime in and +1 this whole idea.

I've only been on the server for a short while, but a I'm with a small group of dedicated RPers who are looking to start a new MC and having our own custom tattoos would be amazing! One of our guys is studying to be a VFXArtist as well and I'm sure he'd be down to help out if needed.
