Hi all,

I don't doubt that at least some of you have seen some gameplay from Blackwake and for those of you who haven't it is basically a naval team-based fps kind of like pirate ship wars on Garry's Mod but less buggy it is currently in pre Alpha, it has been greenlit on steam but as of when I am writing this still not on the store yet. It is on kick starter it is around £11 to get a copy of the game when it releases and get Alpha and Beta access. From what I have seen it looks like a blast with a group of friends due to the team focused gameplay so have a look at it and tell me what you think or if your going to get it.

I used to play something very similar (which i think it's where it came from) on Garry's Mod, a boat mode, was awesome.

Might consider in the future to get this!

Do you mean pirate ship wars? If so yeah this was based off that and pirate ship wars was great if a bit buggy

 
Guessing its quite similar to Guns of Icarus then?

Only issue I had was it was very repetitive and wasn't much fun without the full party of friends to play with. 

Will still give it a go knowing me though :D

Yeah I had guns of Icarus but I always felt that it needed more combat such as being able to kill the crew board air ships that kind of thing which is exactly why I like Blackwake.

 
o.0 that actually makes things a lot more interesting and in-depth. I'll hit you up on Steam anyway and we can hopefully have a go when it gets released :)

 
Looked into it after you tried to convince me about it on TS and through steam and it looks good... BUT the sword play is kinda naff which is annoying! Might get it but think im going to wait and see.
