Black Orca Help?

Hello! I am wondering after driving around Altis, people have black Orca's and when I go to the Air Shop I only see like White/Blue and no black? I really would like a black Orca, but I simply can't see the option at all. 

Please help?

There is a slight chance they may be in a Mohawk, is it definitely an Orca you're spotting?

if so, a lot of people have found small issues with the Respray shops as they were only just recently re-implemented

You cant respray it to black. Back in the day sometimes you spawned a heli it blew up and if you stored it while it was brning you would get a black orca or a npas littlebird/hellcat
