Black Market Doctors / Donating blood / Organ removal

I had an idea today ......

blood donations for cash - Players can visit hospital or new "blood banks" can open where players can visit and donate blood for a cash payout - Perhaps limited to once a day or whatever.

this could be handled by an NPC or roll played out by a doctor,  you could also add cash to this site and the ability to hit it like a bank , hostage RP? I think this should be relatively easy to implement and could help sustain mostly new players in the city and give everyone somewhere else to visit RP wise.

On the back of this - Black Market doctors, members of the NHS that want to do a little bad - the ability to "hire" a doctor to cover a certain situation, for example while torturing someone, administering adrenaline to someone's heart to allow them to take more torture or bringing them back to "life" to keep them going that little bit longer. Or  remove and sell harvested organs. This would be an amazing RP scenario and would help promote better RP, the kidnappers would get paid for the poor man or ladies organs they just took! ouch! 

Could also hire a black market doctor to accompany a gang or group if they are doing something dangerous etc. 

My favourite would be using a black market doctor to get a  trophy from a victim that you can actually keep for bragging rights, lips in a jar? a surgically removed head of your victim? or a tasty eyeball? -  the doctor being able to "make" an item to give to the person wanting the trophy.

Victim Trophies - Being able to display them in a house or gang area ( I'm thinking like furniture is done )

Within RP, you can still do this. You just won't get a physical organ in your inventory. It will be hard to find an NHS doctor wanting to do this (there are only 2 and it's a command role), but any medic can do this within RP rules. However if the NHS finds out, they're removed

Problem with this is the combat reviving rule. The NHS is already slamming a bunch of fingers in the police if they do it, having medics do this in gunfights would make it unfair.

Overall, +1. I think this would add some great opportunities for new roleplay scenes.
