This Suggestion can go 2 way.
1st way: Bin searching most bins on the map can be searched by using the alt eye and doing the same as panning the little mini game then a couple seconds to wait for you to do the animation to search the bin and then it can be in the same loot pool as the panning but can create more rp because with panning you find a nice hidden spot and sit for hours panning with a box and then go sell it at the scrap yard but with searching the bin you go around the city and search each individual bin and when they have been searched that bin can have like a 5-10 minute cool down so it forces people to go around the whole city and the rp it can create will be worth it groups can set up and have groups of people doing it different loot can be added to the pool that can be specific to that activity where its needed by people to craft something to create even more rp.
Pros-
Will Bring new experiences to the server and more rp
Will give new people something to do without having to spend money
Will give the likes of Bosh Truck be able to sell more vans
Cons-
Can create lag
Will make city more clustered
2nd Way: Like NoPixles bin man job can be started with minimum of 2 people where ones on the back of the truck and ones the driver and you go around the city and empty bin could be random or could have set routes to keep it more simple. Loot pool can be to help people get stuff they need for businesses and can have its own stuff specific to that job where it has its own seller like the scrap man but for the specific loot pool that job brings. It can create good rp due to people might needing that jobs items you collect or because its a minimum of 2 people per job people will set up company's where they buy the stuff of groups of people and sell it to the people who need it.

Will bring the element of group jobs so people can do jobs with their friends
Can create great rp for everyone doing the job or not
