Description of what happened: While in a gunfight, i got knocked down by an "unarmed hobo". If i would have shot the hobo it would have been RDM and when i did not i got knocked out and killed. This is in my opinion very much abusing the rules in a way were i had no chance either way.

Hello there! First of all I wanna congratulate you on your ability to "solve things". You did not once mention you were unhappy with what happened, and you certainly never mentioned any reports. So saying that you have tried to resolve is not really a correct statement, is it? In order to resolve, both parties needs to know there is a problem.

Moving on to the actual incident. That is a nice, short video you have there. How about you show how you killed one of our gang mates just about 20 secs earlier and shot at me? Oh, and also that you warned Tim/Scatman to get out. You had all the chance in the world to kill him there, but you allowed him to get close and he knocked you out. That was a mistake on YOUR part. I would also like to know how we exploited any rules? Is it exploiting to not be fully geared and still want to help in a firefight? Is it exploiting to try to knock you out because YOU allowed him to get so close? And why is my name on the report? I am in no way saying that Tim/Scatman did anything wrong, because he did not, but what wrong did I do? I suppose i could have ziptied you while you were knocked out but i didn't have any. And you had, like i previously mentioned, just killed my friend and fired at me. 

Im sorry, I really fail to see the value in this report. There are absolutely no rules being broken, and at no point did you let me know you even considered it a report-worthy matter. But it is of course up to the real admins to judge wether any rules was broken here, and I eargerly await the outcome of my very first report!

Denied, however i do recommend that the "hobo" with a pistol be a bit more cautious in the future when approaching fully armed men....
