Description of what happened: TI Ben and I were doing weed processing in UNMC, we had a disagreement with Superhitmandan so decided we were going to take his weed. Unfortunately he decided to play hardball and we ended up killing him. We then sold our weed and drove towards the UNMC checkpoint, where Superhitmandan turns up in a helicopter and kills me. This is all captured on the video below and happens in the timespan of approx 10mins.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
Rule 6: The New Life Rule

A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets what was leading to that death. 

6C) You are not allowed to seek revenge when you die!

How about you check the distance between the weed processing and the unmc border pal, no rule broken there, i did not seek revenge either, i had a clan mate north of the border in a heli, he asked for assistance, no rule broken there by me at all.

a truck went past me and turned around, i told you to stop a number of times and you did not, instead you combat store your hemmitt box and moved around the building so you could get a shot on me, and i killed you.

also, you drove by yourself to the border as TI Ben disconnected and reconnected a few minutes later, in effect teliporting out of the unmc area.

the only thing wrong there is you combat storing your vehicle which even though it is not a rule, it should be.

Added: you can even hear me telling you to stop in your video, then you saying its rdm, you had a gun out. you didnt stop. so i killed you.

Can you confirm the following happened: I killed you at weed processing and you then killed me at UNMC checkpoint within 10 mins. A simple yes or no will suffice, thanks!

different scenarios buddy as i was in a new life, i didnt even know it was you until it all went down and you started saying i meta gamed which i did not.

 
1. Reports are not up for discussion, Anyone posting in a report who is not the reporter or the person they have reported then your post will be deleted and a warning point given (Restricts you posting for 7 days)

2. You may only comment on a report about you if you have evidence that shows otherwise or if the person has failed to contact you on Teamspeak.

3. Do not lie on reports or edit videos to get people banned, this will lead to a ban against you.

4. Failure to follow the title and the template given above will lead to the report being rejected.

you can show me the rules for reports all day long, im not breaking them,

you never tried to speak to me other than to accuse me of meta gaming on side, and rdm to which 2 witnesses that were there with me said the same that you were being held up and you didnt comply

 
This report is for breaking the New Life Rule, I have not reported you for RDM. I posted those rules so that this report isn't flooded by comments from people not involved. Thanks!

 
well, your post is a waste in the first place, as

  • i was never within 1km of where i died,
  • i did not intentionally seek revenge, i was back up that way because my friend in a heli was following trucks
  • i didnt know it was you and simply went to rob the person who has gone to go through the border only to turn around and head to the garage,
  • i say stop, stop, stop, stop. (maybe my rp could have been better but you were running and it was all going down fast)
  • you combat store your vehicle and keep running through the building not complying,
  • i take a couple of shots,
  • you come round the building to assumingly kill me as you still had your gun out,
  • i killed you (with a pistol ;P)
no new life rule broken as far as i am concerned, and i hope the admin dismiss this just the same as i dont believe i did anything wrong and you have simply reported because you got all upset about being killed.

You need to prove the reason you were there is not for revenge, it's fine saying it here, but to anyone else watching it's a bit suspicious that you're immediately in a helicopter flying towards the UNMC area again and then I get killed by you at the checkpoint. To me it's clear revenge and I imagine it will be to admins too. The onus falls on you to prove otherwise. Thanks!

 
i dont need to prove a thing, if i were seeking revenge i would have opened fire whilst you were still in the truck driving towards the first gate, i did not and only decided to rob you when you turned around,

you may need some glasses if you dont wear them as you can clearly see standing next to my car.

Again, you claim to not be seeking revenge. Do you have video to prove as much, if not you are not providing evidence to the thread and you are falling foul of the rules I posted above. Thanks!

 
i think you will find that i have not fallen foul of the rules, as i showed, the rules stipulate i can comment on the thread if you failed to communicate with me prior to your post which you didnt do,

i havent got a recording as i forgot to set it up, your video shows whats needed anyway, that i wasnt near my death scene, i initiated rp, you combat stored and you died, ill leave it to the admin to review now as i dont feel i did anything wrong apart from maybe my rp could have been a bit better, but as i said in an ealier post, things were happening fast when i decided to rob you, it couldnt be helped.

Well I believe the evidence clearly shows you breaking NLR in regards to you seeking revenge. As for combat storing, you will see I clearly use the NPC menu before even a word is said. I haven't reported you for RDM as the evidence does not support that - I have reported you for breaking NLR as the fact you turn up and kill me straight after you died is as clear as day to me. If you don't have anything else to add I will request that @Reverend locks the thread until an admin can review it. Thanks!

 
or we could ask @Vladic Ka to review it now, as id rather know if im going to get banned or not

i hope i dont but Vladic ka will be the judge
