better housing

hello dev team is it possible to make housing more interactive like showering, watching TV siting on the sofa without using the animation tabs because you spend a lot of money on houses to use it as a garage and place furniture down that you can't do anything with thanks in advance

This is something that I am sure would be a pipe dream, however, would not be a reality anytime soon.
