Brief Summary: Give the use and holding of a flashlight a better animation
Detailed Suggestion: I believe the way you hold and point a flashlight at the moment is pretty dumb looking, I suggest a change to this in the form of a new animation of holding the flashlight, something more realistic that will provide a small but good qol addition to policing. For when your pulling people over at night or for searching for people with the flashlight.
