I do believe best would depend on what you are recording, what framerate and at what resolution. When it renders out these will have an effect. There isn't generally a "best" with things like this in my experience.

Despite all these youtube videos and such I go for "Mainconcept AVC/AAC"

Personally I record and Upload in 1920x1080 60fps with a constant Bit Rate of 50,000,000 if you want 2k or 4k change the frame size to match/

I ALWAYS turn off resampling on every clip, it make the frame rate a lot smoother.
