Best LOW settings

I currently play with everything on there lowest setting(Low/Disabled) and I am wondering what the best resolution to play at is. It is a 1080x1920(Full 1080p)  monitor on it and the aspect ratio can be 4:3, 16:9 or 16:10. I am not fussed. I just want something that runs it without be wanting to be sick. Could someone give any advice? I had it at 720p today with 100% quality thing(Gives you the different options and the lower it is the less sharp[blurier] it is) and I would get a high of 30fps and an average of like 15. Can anyone give me any advice?

Scrapped it out a bin and through dog poo quality. Something that will run easier than 720p(16:9)
