Yes, you do. We have a lot of people claiming they don't need to buy a border pass because they live here. At the end of the day, it's still our lands and if you expect protection you need to have a border pass. Even if it's just a visitor pass which is like 2.5k so not really much to ask. 

 
If you spawn in your house in the unmc do you have to go over to pay if your staying or only if your leaving?

 
Dont need border pass anymore UNMC have left the island for good ;)
