Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
Description of what happened:
Me and SPC Drizzel responded to the respray shop “robbery-in-progress”. When arriving at the scene we identified us as police (00:50) Telling them they were surrounded and had to come out with their hands up. At that point one suspect tried to flee via the backdoor but got restrained by SPC Drizzel. About at the same time, I summoned the guy in front of me to put his hands up. Taken in to account he didn’t had a gun, I wanted to take my taser pistol, but got VDM’ed by the Red pickup truck (driver later identified as BEN). When moving the civilian (Zetta) away from the scene (to the sportshatchback) and when I was behind his back, he called me out by my name (03:16). The three suspects where then moved towards the Athira constabulary to determine their punishment or fines. When arriving at Athira constabulary : I parked the car,upon they tried to jump out (while restrained) and Leon executed me inside of the Athira Blue zone.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
In-Game :
3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition (BEN)
4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (ZETTA)
6B) You are unable to kill anyone in a blue zone (Punishment is a ban) (LEON)
6C) Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times. (LEON)
In Teamspeak :
1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban
1D) An admin may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I have invited them to the Bristol Room. And they were not open for a constructive discussion. I then suggested to get a neutral person in to the discussion. Because they were being the smart*ss.
So, @Summers, @Farmer Giles and later on @JohnJoeegan also entered the room when they several times insulted the way the rules where made up and were also being very negative towards the community. Zetta and Leon where then banned from the Teamspeak server while Ben disconnected (to avoid probably his upcomming ban?).
