Time & Date this happened:About 1am Uk time 16/12
 
Description of what happened:I has solo at the weed picking doing solo runs, a heil comes in i see 2 guys get out with guns so its 2v1 if it comes to a fight so i put my gun away, then the heil lands and 2 people approach me shouting to drop my gun, i drop my gun and bag they then ask for me to give keys to my Box so i give them the keys are its 3v1 and i have no gun. They then say put your hands on your head i put my hands on my head i complied as you can see in the proof below.Then Ben says this is a message to all your gang and shoots me.I say nice RDM in side because i was confused as to why i was killed i was then told they have a vid of me shooting them today when i have not been on all day i find that hard to believe. They have a grudge on CC or TOR for some reason and always find us etc etc it seems NLR is being broke atm as well. As for the report at hand i see failrp as i was unarmed and it was 3v1 and i had my hands behind my head and then was killed as i was meant to send a message to my gang... which i can't due to NLR and they did not call or do side chat to try and contact them aswell.

As most of you know Petterson and Ben record almost everything they do in the game so i would like to see their side of the story.

PC Anonymous Orange, unless you've got any evidence for this or the other report I suggest you keep out of the thread. I've got shadowplay video I'm processing now for this, as I was in the helicopter above and in teamspeak with Ben at the time.

I do believe you're unsure about the definition of RDM so let me help you.

Rule 5: Rest of Altis

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

Everyone died there is no "gang war" and plus i never told you my name nor did you asked for it. so to you i'm just a normal player you have 0 idea who i am. I'm accusing you of RDM.

 
Can you explain to me how this is good RP if you have zero idea who i am, i have not been on all day. Obliviously there is "bad water" between people here due to the BAN report on me. But i expect "an adult community" players like yourself to put that past them and deal with it on TS3 or over PMs and not effecting roleplay.   

Edit:I would like to add i recall you saying "this is a message to your gang" you did not know who i was you did not know i was even in a gang. I was under the impression you were going to let me go and then i would go tell them at this point i was thinking "how does he know who i am" but then you say "go tell your gang" in RP then kill me, so this means you are telling me to break NLR?

It wouldn't matter if I knew who you are or not, I simply declared war on your gang and shot you, I could have also knew who you are and what gang you represent, how would you know if I wasn't tipped off about your location? 

Once again ill reiterate the RDM rule

Tipped off? i told no one my name i got in bought a box at VIP area and drove to weed picking, so you shot me and made war with my gang so.... your saying your allowed to mug and robbed people they do everything you say then shoot them? when you have 0 idea at all if they are in a gang or not you even said your self pretty much that you did not know who i was. IMO it was bad RP but a admin must make a decision. There was 0 RP reason for you to shoot me. you even said you had masks on so i had 0 idea who you were so i could not call the police and tell them your names etc.

You even said in game in side you have a recording of you saying to stop the tuck at about 8.05~ am after server restart would you care to post it ? thanks. ( I did not hear anything from you and you were less than about 7m~ away.

 
Unfortunately I don't have a recording of this incident, my disk filled up (I have over 350GB of recordings now in Altis Life) and the last recording I got tonight was of me being sacrificed to Cthulhu at 4:24am by PLF.

But at this point I'm done responding, it seems no matter what RP we use with you, you toss out accusations of RDM. The fact I shouted at you as you were getting into your truck and as you drove off. Then after I had shot the tires out on your vehicle you were warned by Ben that you were surrounded and to get on the floor, you then shot at Ben and at that point I shot you.

Based on that there doesn't seem to be any reason to carry out a discussion with you as it just devolves into a slagging match. So I'm going to leave the thread here and wait for an admin to decide.

If you did shout get out of the truck then its fine... and the last thing i want to do is a "flame war or so called slagging match".

PS:I only brought this up because you asked me too in game and said you would upload the vid. "Make another report lol ill post the vid".If you don't want me to bring stuff up then stop claiming you have "proof" of everything ingame and this happened at 8am i just don't understand how you can only see you have full HDD space after 4 hours. IMO it seems rather odd.

The picture is really proving nothing, I can see you with your hands up... then I can see him killing you.

A video would of shown if there was enough RP, the screenshots unfortunately do not tell the story so report refused.
