Being able to change/ purchase Local Licence plates for the storm.

Was thinking about maybe buying for a storm for like 30k to get a licence plate for the storm and you can do whatever with it either that's to maybe do a kidnapping or maybe even a stunt jump or even life invader. Thought about seeing peoples opinions and maybe anything to add to the plan.

Would agree if it was like bulletproof tyres; cost 250k and disappeared after the restart. It would also need to be balanced by still being able to ID the car just not at a distance, if police could check the VIN number on the car with the eye/caps it would make more sense as you wouldn't be able to hide this.

+1 but it would need crazy expensive.
