Detailed Suggestion:

Building is Located at the junction between Mirror Park Blvd and York street. In close proximity to the taxi headquarters. Currently the building is a laundromat and not used.









The bar is spacious and comfortable, and the Toilets are always clean. The Building contains general seating area with a beautiful oak wood Bar/Counter, plenty of artwork and decorations, a luxury bathroom, a kitchen, an office to manage the property and a storage room with a garage door for easy access. The greatest cities in the world all have Irish pubs, Los Santos should be no different.

The Pros:

Plenty of drink, food and laughter..

Spacious interior for holding events/ gatherings 

Close to the Casino, quench your thirst AND your gambling addiction

The Cons:

Potentially more drink-drivers on the roads.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

Are you sure? I'm sure it says it works with FiveM.  I don't know anything about modding so I haven't got a clue tho 

I found this in the Readme file that comes with the download.

Installation:
    FiveM:     -Open up the FiveM folder and drag and drop the included cc_irishpub folder in the ressources folder of your server.
        -Open your server.cfg and add the line "start cc_irishpub".
    AltV:     -Open up the AltV folder and drag and drop the included cc_irishpub folder in the ressources folder of your server.
        -Open your server.cfg and add the line "cc_irishpub" under ressources.
    SP:    -Open your GTA V Installation folder, navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" drag and drop the folder inside of SP in there.
        -Open up OpenIV and navigate to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and open "dlclist.xml"
        -add the line "<Item>dlcpacks:/irishpub/</Item>"

Pretty sure it can be installed on FiveM, you'd have some friendly competition with the Lost Tavern

I have no idea just reading from the page it says here This Interior currently includes a version for AltV, FiveM and Singleplayer. We will release it for RageMP in the near future. If you discover any bugs make sure to let us know.

I know FiveM can be used for Single player modes as well as it's easier to mod than Single player anyway, pretty sure the server uses RageMP but I have no actual idea if that's correct

Rage MP is a replacement for FiveM, the server uses FiveM

RageMP is fivem but made by the Ragehook plug in guys

Basically RageMP will be a lot better for mods but it is not finished
