The coke is for personnel excessive consumption and the shoe is to scoop it out and beat people over the head with it. The smell of the burning shoe with the madness of the consumed cocaine(I mix it with gunpowder) makes the world look like a drunken unicorn flew across the sky vomiting rainbows.
