Hello Everyone,

I'm Gen. Dust from Exiles Of Purgatory hopefully some of you know who I am already. :p

Recently I've seen the side chat full of comments about us, EXP this EXP that some good and some bad. I don't mind the comments good or bad if anything it really helps me decide what we need to improve on and what were doing well at but please keep them out of side.

If you feel as if were doing something wrong or even a member is doing something then join the Altis teamspeak and speak to me or an Enforcer we are reasonable people, just don't blame the whole gang because we aren't all like that. I knew there would be times where we would all get blamed but half of time its 1 or 2 members and the rest are in another city.

Basically I'm just saying stop moaning in side and just visit our public meeting room and the situation will be resolved. Naturally we don't want people getting banned were a community for gods sake we shouldn't be playing to ban were not enemies... more or less were all friends in this community some young some old...er :p but please lets behave like adults. :wub:

Dont bloody hover over Athira for 20-30 mins at a time while you are stalking people!!!! It ruins the RP.

Buy a hellcat and hover a Km up.

 
People can also talk to me, especially when it comes to the group and things happenin during combat. 
I'm the leader during combat so if there's anything that goes wrong, I will most likely be able to answer for it. 

(Though keep in mind this is the case when it's the organisation that does a operation and not only 1-2 random members)

Not a problem I don't ever fly but I will talk to my guys later about this in our discussion/meeting.

I have witnessed this several times and I Know what feels like to be interrupted by a Heli.

I'll talk to them.

Nice to see another group actively seeking feedback, and encouraging keeping it off side chat. It's good for you guys to hear honest opinions, it's good for those who feel they need to voice those opinions, and great for me because it keeps sometimes unnecessary conflicts out of my workload. I really appreciate it.

The three issues I've had with EXP have been resolved perfectly, even if for one of them we may have been in the wrong.. 

Like I told you before EXP, massive respect to the way you guys conduct yourselves

Hello, Just a bit of advice, Be a bit more careful on who you are recruiting. If 1 or 2 members are in another city giving bad RP they are representing your gang and it seems fair to group up the whole gang. Have a trial period if you feel some members are letting you down. Have an interviewing with scenarios to see if the people you are recruiting have a solid understanding of the server and the good standard of RP you need to play. You don't want members who are tarnishing the rest of the gang's reputation. Remember quality is much more important the quantity. This applies for RP as well as combat. 

(I have nothing against EXP, I am just trying to help you prevent more issues coming up in the future.)
