Having just been transferred to the island from Altis, I am still adjusting to the way of life here which I must say is very different from the drug/weapon ridden Altis that I was used to. My first job as a representative for the BBC was to deliver a letter sent directly from the BBC HQ in London, and today I am releasing it to the public in the hopes that someone with enough influence and or power reads it. Just use a made up name, something like "Tony Brawl" I dunno. Even though you won't get in trouble you're not really allowed to use someone else's signature even in something like that

Edited to removed Tony Hall from the letter. Sorry if this was wrong, I've based this letter of things I've seen in the past on the server and it appeared like other people had used people's names/signatures etc.
