BBC News

BBC News presenter "one man is lucky to be alive today after a shooting at the UNMC border, police manage to get him out and the NHS manage to treat his wounds. But sadly his friend was not so lucky, he died at the scene. Here is his story. Over to mike, mike"

Mike: "he was shot at and left for dead and now he will tell us his tragic story"

Rhys: Before all this happened I was assaulted at the UNMC border for not paying the border tax even though I did twice with out going out of border control.

Today my opinion on the police force has changed and also my opinion has changed about UNMC.

Today me and my friend where passing in and out of the UNMC checkpoint bringing supplies back and forth for are new company. The tenth or eleventh time we did it we wear out of money so that meant that we could not continue through the UNMC border. So we left are car and walked. As we wear coming back to get some food from the checkpoint market we wear stopped and asked to pay. I said "that we were only getting food" which they responded with "that is are market which you may not use, if you want food there is a nice market up in Sofia.

So we then asked if we could come through. After a bit of banta they let us through. As we were leaving on foot back to the nearest garage since they did not let us use there's, we were randomly shot at even though we did not have are guns on show and where no threat to them. They where shooting at us like it was a fucking sport to shoot unarmed civilians. Anyway we ran into the nearest hedge and tried from the bullets that we're raining down upon us. Then they chased us with there striders and attempted to get out and shoot at us (at this point we are well in the British territory).

Anyway my friend attempted to get his gun out of his backpack and return fire to try and defend himself. He managed to hit one of the UNMC soldiers that was getting out of a strider and preparing to murder us. My friend was then shot down ( kyran-20th of December 2028). I tried to help him but UNMC was still trying to kill me even though I was about 150m away from the checkpoint and with no gun in my hand. I then lay on the floor on a small hill trying to see if I still had my medical kit. That was when I was shot.

I heard to bullet fly through the air and then in to my chest. I was still alive but gasping for air. Luckily my vest slowed down the impact of the bullet. I then tried to crawl to a nearby bungalow that had small windows with no glass and a wooden door. I got inside and laid on the floor.

I asked my friend which had re-spawned to go to the police and get help. He asked them and they had trouble understanding. They said they could not help and then my friend said i was near the border but on the British side. So the police force very kindly got in there helicopters and travelled nearly the full map to come and save me from the terror I was going through. Whilst they were travelling to save me I kept on hearing about 3 helicopters passing by my location again and again. I do not know if it was UNMC at this point but if it was they might of been searching for me. After 30 minutes of looking out for UNMC soldiers passing the main road which was right next the house I was hiding in. I heard another helicopter go by my location and land. I was like "oh shit I am done for". I looked out side and to my relief it was the police landing in their helicopter. So obviously I ran for my fucking life to get In. Once I was In I we set off back to Kavala were I was treated by doctors. I can not remember the doctors name but the police officers where called:

•Fallen

•noddy

I was so thankful to the British police force and also the NHS.

I would like to say that before today I was backing UNMC. Me and my friend even offered to help them man there checkpoint if they lacked men (that was are business, we offered 5,000 to 10,000 per hour)

But now I support the British and I will for the rest if my Altis life. I now think that the UNMC only do it for the money. They are not freedom fighters they are tax men. That is my opinion and I really don't care about your unless you saying it in a nice enough way.

Anyway thanks for reading and thank you to the men and women that serve in the British military, police force, NHS and other British based gangs.

There is some great people in UNMC that don't do it for the money and that are always willing to help you like one UNMC member did before the 4 pm restart.

Edit:

This is my life today. As a citizen of Altis I still support UNMC because a new life has begun.

Well we can't just have a civilian dehydrating up there in the north, it's practically a barren wasteland. You are welcome for the rescue, i hope the doctors treated you well.

Oh they did very well. Thanks a lot. If you three need anything please give us a call.
