my side of things, starts at 58 minutes, it was already a active war zone before the cops decided to drop in 20 meters away from me and 5 meters away from [BBB] jamz. Hope these no bad blood between use.

Im sorry but we were called in by Chris robbinson. he said that people would not leave his base alonel. we arrived on scene and was fired upon straight away with know words said. When i confronted Jamz on TS3 he told me to "Stop crying" and let me remind you this is a an adult server. And we do not act like children. And i am sure you know this server is about RP. There should atleast be a warning shot and then still that would be close to RDM.
Regarding bad blood there is none. The reason i am reporting is the maturaity and rudeness from Jamz was horrendous.

I want to say now, I am sorry that I spoke in the way I did. Emotions were high and I get quite angry, very easily, and I'm known by many people "IRL" that I speak before I think sometimes and the Gang BBB can confirm this.
I want to personally apologise to JohnJoeegan about the way I spoke to him over teamspeak.
However, I did not see an opening for rollplay in this situation due to them landing extremely fast. Bullets were flying however from their video you could not hear them. (Chopper sound too loud, perhaps??) BBB can also confirm this.
I've thought about different methods I could have gone about doing, such as instead "KOS" ing, (Kill on site) I could've told the offers to "Leave as this is an active warzone", however I felt threatened due to the large amount of them and the rifles they had equipped.
Finally, I'd like to apologise again for my childish behavior, but we had been instantly called out for RDM 3 times in the same day that was false. So as you could imagine I was sick of hearing it at this point and due to the circumstances of it being a warzone.... well, I shot and killed an officer.
I'd like to say that BBB ALWAYS try to go for rollplay as this is much more enjoyable for not only us, but for the rest of the community.

Just like to added because of the size of are gang and the reach is has on the server a lot of ban appeals are made as a way of getting are members banned form the server. Am not saying this is one of them but it can get really annoying when your on the end of one when you know you was in the right but they have made it look like the real thing. BBB members that do break rules will be taken out of the gang but like all gangs we do not have 100% control over everyone.

And you must not let personal feelings get in the way. Its a game at the end of the day and very good game at that, and remeber we are all here to have fun.
