Description of what happened: our car was spiked... , my other officer then noticed two people. so we took to cover, he heard them and you can slightly hear in the video, "if you give 200k i wont let you die"  or something like that, then my officer gave compliance, then i saw the gentleman held a gun upto me then i opened fired, he then stop im guesing to reload, then died... i then get a rather rude comment about downsydrome thrown at me for no reason what so ever...
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1c: swearing at someone outside of rp rule one: We are very proud to be an Adult community. It certainly doesn't mean you have to be over 18 to play here however you will find a lot of our members are. We respect the younger people and elders in our community and no discrimination will be tolerated.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no, after the way he spoke towards me i have no intrest in speaking to him

First off all, this wasn't outside of RP, this was in Rp, you shot one of my friends which i was angry about. we was trying to rp with other cops and you just show up and kill my guys. All of this was in RP. i know the words i chosen was not great but i was very angry about you killing my friend when you could have rubbered him. In roleplay i would be seriously pissed of if my best friend died and thats nhow i rped it. As everyone know, i RP as an angry farmer, yes i swear alot in rp, but why did you take that it was out of rp? 

I would like to talk on teamspeak about this, you could have messaged me and we could have sorted this out but you had no interest in doing so. I apologise for the words i used to call you as this can badly offend someone but it was in the heat of the moment where i was trying to rp and my guys just die. 

Again, i do not understand why you took it out of RP? Why did you think that? It was in direct chat, by voice so yeah? 

I love this community and i would hate to be banned as this is the best community ive been in.

We are an adult community that holds no tolerance for discrimination. If this is how you want to RP, using life affecting illnesses/syndromes as a gesture because you lost a friend that didn't listen to a simple "stop" order, then you don't belong here.

This is an online community, you don't actually know ANYONE here, you know their persona as shown online by them. You don't know their family life, their own life, or anything about them other than what they tell you. 

Discrimination has no home here.

Completely unacceptable, in RP isnt a valid excuse, your going to deserve the ban on this one, I am sure its inbound!
