Battleye failed installation

At around 5am I decided to play some Arma, when I started my game up for some odd reason battleye had un installed itself from my pc apparently and was failing to install when I tried again, I've been trying to find out the cause of this and I'm unable to, Any suggestions anyone been waiting to play on the server for an hour now.

You could try verifying your game cache (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335)

and if that doesn't work, I suppose you could reinstall arma (As a last resort only)
