I am thinking of buying a barn from another player, say if was to pay x amount for the barn off the player, how much extra money do I need to actually purchase the barn/get set up?

£4,000,000 for the barn + a £1,000,000 farming upgrade, so 5mil total

Then there's the price of the seeds, fertilizer and water tank which come to about 500k for a couple of harvests.
