Description of what happened: Person was killing people for quite a long time in Athira. He murders Dubious Penguin (who had left prison with me not 10 seconds before the video begins). Shortly after he tells me to put my hands up, I comply, and am shot. Many others were also killed, and I do have the logs showing this if needed.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No.
