Misunderstanding..! unfortunately internet speed is very high in my country, in my country for reduce ping, we must to use a particular service... at the time banned, I was removed by BattleEye service several times in server and join and again..! and thus, dear Admin doubt..! was right... i had a lot of ammunition, weapons, ammo and ... We're supported by many friends in server..! Appeal Please, Thanks.

Hello,
       

         I will not be handling your appeal today due to me being the person who banned you. I will however state how I came to my conclusion. 

Myself and @SPC Stuart had seen some odd behaviour with your logins via the chat feed. We decided we would have a look at what you were up to and this is where we watched you place your entire inventory into a crate in your house (position has been hidden in the video below) then "losing connection" and you disconnect. Within 2 minutes you come back and proceed to do it again. 

We watched this three times and on the last time you disconnected you did not appear back. So we left it with the idea that we will keep an eye on the following proceedings. Later that night is when you came back and the video provided below is a video of what you were doing from then.

After I had made the decision you were duping I spoke to you for over 5 minutes and your ping did not fluctuate at all and you were not kicked from the server.

The fact that you clearly we're duping and you blame it on your "internet" is a shocking excuse.  (2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, abusing the Bounty hunter system to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of it’s intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal.

You must have realized it was duping to be quite honest with you.
