Banther ?

I've seen the word 'Banther' a lot and don't kill me for this but I don't know what it means so I looked it up on the internet and I stumbled upon this

"Banter is een plaats in het bestuurlijke gebied Gresik in de provincie Oost-Java, Indonesië. Het dorp telt 2098 inwoners (volkstelling 2010)."

Meaning : Banter is a town in the area Gresik in East Java province, Indonesia. The village has 2098 inhabitants (2010 census).

I don't think this is the thing everyone means. So can anyone teach me ? (Teach me senpai)

Well I have no idea what your talking about here but "Banter" is slagging people but it's friendly name calling or making fun of someone not to the extent of bullying! But just friends taking the piss.
