Description of what happened:
We was at the Heli Garage and a taxi driver drove up and one guy got out we told him to put his hands up he then decided to run away and we tried shooting him.. he then fell down as i thought i had him but nope he combat logged.
What Rule Was Broken ?
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
The player never came back online and also wasnt on teamspeak so could not resolve
