Bans for Staff Members of other servers

Why does RPUK community ban people that are associated with other Altis life servers?

Shouldn't the servers work together and share exciting new ideas and proposals instead of cutting people off?

I just don't understand it, if you have any reasons or would like to debate please comment below

I suppose it could be because they are RPUK's competitors and when playing on RPUK they will likely not take it seriously because they are already established on another. Therefore it is probable that they may break the rules more often. 

I'm not saying this is necessarily fair but that could be the logic behind it.

There's  a difference in banning staff of other communities and banning those who can't contain themselves properly.

That's because we don't do that. 

Staff members of certain communities which have harmed RPUK in the past by either trolling, advertising and stealing from us (Such as copypasting the rules page, stealing our Police/NHS database and rules in order to use it for their own community) will recieve community bans to prevent them from harming RPUK any further.
