Hello there, my name is vikto (in your server) and i relly like your server, i enjoyed playing with my friends and now we whant to play again. but i was banned and i really dont know the reason and i whant to know how long im banned? i didnt do anything that's not allowed what i can remember but please answer fast

This is what you did wrong, I reported you because you broke multiple rules and clearly didn't read them.

Hello Viktor,

If you had taken a few moments to look around and read the rules, you would have known that you appeal your ban by going to the support menu top right. You'd also have known that all bans are permanent untill you appeal them.

What you won't find in the rules, but what I'll promise you right now: You 100% did something that is not allowed, or you would not have been banned.

Fill in a appeal, supply your steam ID, and you will be helped when the time comes. Await patiently, do not bump the post, but just answer any questions staff might ask on there.

If you are unsure why you were banned, try log in and you should get a kick message with the reason. Or, in some cases use the stats page (http://stats.altislife.co.uk/index.php) and see if your account has any player notes put on it by admins.

If all else fails, make an appeal and say you don't know why, I am sure an Staff member would be able to inform you why and you can appeal it from there forward.

Well, there you go.

You broke roleplay in voice, probably by talking about how this is a game or something. That is not allowed, this is a serious roleplayserver and you stick to your character. OOC messages can be sent while typing.

You also ran into a greenzone to try and avoid being robbed, which also is grounds for a ban. Furthermore you were banned for metagaming, I am guessing you were saying people's names without knowing them or talking in sidechat about being robbed or attacked. Sidechat, or Out Of Character (OOC) chat, is only to talk out of character on. You can not ask help when being robbed, warn people about things like roadblocks etc. When it comes to peoples names above their head: You are supposed to ignore those and ask people for their name before using them.
