So I'm banned, 

I've tried my honest and best to resolve it but doesn't seem like many people really give one,
which is fair enough it's only a game anyway. but...

What exactly do you want me to do with this account on this website then?

Its obsolete, and it also has personal information about me which I'd rather not have on here if I'm no longer going to be using this website... or in fact the server?

The account stays as it is.

Its secure and we can disable the login, We can however no delete the account just incase for any reason we get a police request asking for information.

If you would like for me to disable the login please let me know.

A police request? That's Irrelevant, what if I was from a foreign country? Surely keeping personal Data after inactivity on an account goes against the DATA PRIVACY ACT, which is against internet laws?

Is there really no deactivation of an account?

Cause that's usually what I do when I no longer am active on an ongoing website..
