Banned, I have no idea why "Dillinger" (Denied - See original appeal)

I was banned from the altis life servers, the only thing I  can think of is I shot a guy who was robbing us out at the copper processing plant, and I also shot at a guy who knocked me out at an ATM in Kavala and he robbed me, & as I got up I fired shots at him but he got away. other than that I have no clue as to why I got banned. I've read the rules and I don't see anything that I did that was ban worthy.
