Banned from Server #2 No explanation given (Unbanned 06/01/2015)

I was just playing on server #2 and I had logged on shortly after a large Kavarla shoot-out which I believe involved lots of RDM. Suddenly I got perma banned by Vladik Ka without any explanation. The login error relating to the ban simply says that I have been banned and to dispute it here on the forums, although it does not tell me anything about why I was banned. I have read through the rules and see no reason as to why I was ever banned anyway.

Arrh yes, I do indeed remember this event and I can say that there has been a slight misunderstanding. I had been in the area trying to fix random damaged cars (which I think were involved in the shootout) when I came to repair the said car. I unflipped it because it was semi- stuck into the floor and if memory servers me correctly, the car next to it. It did not quiet clock to me that it may explode (not that I was aware that could even happen as I have never seen it before its just I thought at that moment that given it may well fall onto another car it could explode). Anyway as I said the moment I realised the possibility of it exploding I did run away because I did not want to die and luckily it did not explode.

Anyway it's obviously up to Vladik to decide weather or not to believe me although of course that is not quite the point anyway. What I would like to say is that I am indeed sorry for putting the medic, and the others in the area, at risk by unflipping the car and will make sure to never do anything like this again or for that matter anything which breaks any of the rules. The Altislife.co.uk servers are the only I have come across which offer serious role-play and a properly developed community of people who want to have fun and not just mess around. I very much dislike the notion of having to play on any other servers as in my experience Altlislife.co.uk servers are the only good ones for anything other than just messing around for a quick bit of fun.

The car was not stuck at all and you never had backpack on. If you think that this is a serious roleplay server why didn't you, you know, roleplay what you were doing. To me you just looked like another silent troll trying to cause trouble.

Well I guess that you're unlikely to un-ban me then, so i'm not sure how much of a difference this will make but I can assure you I was wearing a backpack, and it contained 2 tool kits (not that the amount is really important, my point is simply that I did have at least 1 kit). Also, regarding weather or not the car was stuck all I am saying is that it did appear to me that the car was clipping into the floor a little, and as I say I believe the car next to it. Finally, yes you are indeed right. I should have role played that situation and I am sorry that in this case I did not. I in no way intended to come across as a silent troll, or any type of troll trying to cause trouble.
