Hello Member support

My name is Jenthe

today one of my Gang members (Friend) noticed he was banned from the server and He doesnt know why

So i asked him to send me a screenshot of the message when he tried to log in

this is the result :

He just noticed it this evening , and he hasnt been on the server today , the weird thing is he was with our group of friends yesterday and he doesnt really talk in game when he is with us

so my question :

can i maybe get a bit more information about this ban since it didnt happen by a appeal as far as i know

Thanks for the replies i noticed he is banned for it yet i dont see why since he doesnt talk unless someone asks him anything and he hasnt been online at all on his own

so i dont know how he could offend someone

Thats whats the appeal is for. Tell him to send in the appeal with the information that he knowns and it will be explained there.

he replied me this

Mon:no i dont even know how i need to to that ( this is right since i am explaining him the server a bit and i didnt tell him how to do that )

I can say with 100% faith that Arrogent would never have issued the ban if he wasn't Sure,That being said,Just like everyone else has said,Ban Appeal & make sure he is patient,Respectful & Truthful,They will give you a second chance,But dick with them & your gone.
