Banned for un-intentionally hacking. #2 (Gamehack #38)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have appealed about this previously but got no-where. I heard admins do not appreciate people talking about unbans on Teamspeak so I decided to appeal again. I contacted BattlEye and they rightfully told me this : 

"Admin Bans (including BEC "GameHack #X" bans)

Those are third-party bans and we cannot assist you in any way with them. Please contact the server admin or community for help."

When I appealed for an unban before, I was told that "GameHack #38" cannot be unbanned. As if it was a BattlEye ban. I wanted to be informed about wether I cannot be unbanned because I am not wanted unbanned. Or if I physically cannot be unbanned. And why I can't be unbanned.  I do not fancy spending another £35.99 on a game I have already purchased and played fairly.

@AdamScumpster Game-hack 38 is a battle eye ban. If you are running cheat engine battle eye ban you not us. We may pick it up but we cannot give life bans. Can you join other servers? If not you have been BE global banned nothing we can do. So try to join any other server.

qouting myself because I want to correct you on the matter  "this is a BEC ban, on a global BEC banlist. not a BattlEye ban but a BATTLEYE EXTENDED CONTROL (BEC) banlist, don't know if that bans you locally on ALUK only or on the global BEC banlist, however you're still able to be unbanned." This is not a BE Ban and BE Cannot remove it, it is put on a banlist hosted by BattlEye extended controls which have all hackers, all servers and communities running BEC can remove this ban at any said time with a "Whitelist". that being said it is still in the Unban rules that Gamehack #38 players will not be unbanned.

Does that mean I can be unbanned? I really want to be as I feel lost unable to plat ALUK haha. I feel confident in what you're saying Lemmen don't get me wrong. Just want to here something from an Admin.

Ok so there is zero way of knowing what hack you have used and where without us sitting by your computer watching you play. This is going to sound harsh but it is the line we take here with #38 hack bans. You will currently be banned on about roughly 120+ Arma servers for this ban which we share the database with. Can we unban you here manually? Yes. Are we going to? No. Once a cheater, always a cheater.
