I was getting revenge on the police for executing me ...

The guy you shot at wasnt on as a cop... you also killed someone else as seen in the sidechat.

It seems to me you was on a RDM fest....

If the police killed you then when you respawn a new life starts so "revenge" cannot happen.

All bans are perm bans unless successfully appealed.

The fact you used the term revenge here shows you have no understanding of the NLR rule... heck have you even read our rules ?
