Hi there,

I just got banned for VDM.

A cop stopped us near the coke field and told us too stop we had our trucks filled with coke so we drove away and stopped 50 Meters ahead the cop car followed and stopped like 30 meters behind us. the cop told us to drop our weapons, in return i said the cop had to surrender himself. He didnt so i opened fire on the car and it explodes.

Now i know alot of the rules in this server, but i didnt know it was not allowed to kill a cop standing near a car that i explode on purpose.

I talked to the cop who i killed and he said he even didnt know this rule.

I also did this 1 time before on a cop and i got no message from him that its not allowed or anything.

My first offence in this server and i get a perm ban instantly? for an unclear rule... which even cops are not aware off..

I will Always follow the rules just didnt knew this one.. could have given me a warning or something?

 
We are awaiting the video now thanks to StuyzeR making things worse for you and him by continuing to block up sidechat.

If your in a firefight the most piss poor thing to do is blow up a police car, to kill that person it just shows that you have 0 skill.

Do i really need to post a rule about blowing vehicles up is a shitty thing to do ?, we await the video

 
Why do u need a video? Its pretty clear what happend as for stuyzer how could he make it worse for me? He is not speaking For me..

I think its pretty normal if ur in a firefight u want to kill them if u can kill them by blowing up the car which they are hiding behind. why not? Now that i know the rule i understand its not allowed and bad RP, so this is really worth a ban? instead of a warning? Losing 1 of ur most active players and donater?

I just think its pretty harsh to ban me just for this.. " i play here long enough to know all rules" is 2-3 weeks really enough to know all rules? apperently not.

I guess by your 3 posts you do not understand how things work here...

We perm ban... you then appeal... we then unban as a very last chance, If your admitting and taking full responsibility I want you to read the rules and understand that common sense also applys... blowing up cars to kill people is just shitty... do not do it! we will ban... also why would you engage in a firefight straight away... you missed one of the best roleplaying opportunity's... talking a suspicious officer out of searching your vehicles.

I await confirmation that you have refreshed yourself on the rules, as for the guy that was with you... he was talking on behalf of you (its clear to see that in his chat) he was also with you at the time... if you want me to deal with him separately to your situation that is fine i will do that.

Do not bring in active players... as we have many and your not as active as most and you have not been here as long as most.. as for donatior that is irrelevant when it comes to server rules and unban requests... that is made clear on the donator page.... we frown upon this.

 
After i got banned i started reading the rules again so ye did that.

Stuyzer didnt do anything on my behalf i asked him not to talk and said to him i would just post a message on the forum.

I understand what i did was bad for RP and i would love to get a second chance on this server.

Edit: Btw i did not engage a firefight straight away... I said to the cop he had to surrender when he didnt reply i shot at the car where he was hiding behind.

Cant see the video?

I agree it was bad RP on my part could have some fun out of it, but was scared shitless for my gun/gear and truck would be taken away as i am not so good at talking my way out of stuff.

 
Ok.. learn from this... never fire upon a vehicle... from the video it wasnt an accident you are clearly firing at the car... thats a shit fight

If you was behind the hemmit and the officer fired at that killing you and losing all your gear no doubt you would agree with me

I have issued the unban, you may rejoin the server.
