Banned for payback at the wrong place :O (Unbanned 29/11/2014)

Hello,

My ingame name is: Patta.

And yes im banned. And yes i know what i did wrong.

I was playing with a friend and we just bought a car. A group of 3 guys came in and robbed our stuff and our car. They didnt saw i had a handgun so we decided to follow this group of people. They were going up on the hospital. My friend and i were a bit pissed off because we lost our new car.... 1 of them felt down the stairs. So 1 man less to give payback. They other 2 came down. I slammed one of them down and started shooting at the other guy (Killed them). So my friend and i were screaming because of we did some payback. After 10 seconds i was banned. And i was like? Why am i banned? Maybe the cops (Who were up on the hospital) Thought i was not roleplaying ? Maybe they didnt knew what happend before? But then i realised that I killed them in a green zone.. (They were almost out of it) but on that moment my friend and i didnt realise we were in a greenzone because we wanted to do some pack.   (By the way) The guys also robbed us at the casino (Greenzone))

This was what happend.

Rule 4A: Safe Zones
 
Killing = Instant Ban, No killing in the safezone... no killing from outside the safezone if someone is inside it and no killing people outside the safezone from the safezone.

Steps:

1) Re-Read the rules

2) Say your very sorry

3) Be very patient for admin action.

4) don't bump thread

5) unbanned

Patta. In this game, you should record everything... then you have evidence to defend you. If were greenzone, was a mistake. I think you read the rules, but sometimes in practice is diffrent ;)

But rules are rules and we need to respect.

I hope you will get unban.

If people break rules, doesn't allow you to do the same.

All you need to do is report them, and justice will be done by our hands, not yours. We will analyse this case and get back to you.

It was not the reason i killed them in safezone because of they robbed me in safezone. My friend and i thought about it after i was banned. On that moment we didnt realised we were getting robbed in safezone and we didnt realise i killed them in safezone

You would, if you read the rules... that just shows me you didn't?

By the way, in order to be unbanned, you need to acknowledge reading the rules, so if there's a next time it's permanent.

Thats not really true. I did read the rules but yea on that time i didnt follow the rules because I was so hard ingame and i wanted to do the payback i didnt think about that rule that time.

 
But. I know i was wrong. I did read the rules and i will not happen again.
