i did nothing wrong i just where escaping for the police

Essentially you drove your car down the side of the church near the garage... where there was no road, 3 police saw you and started talking to you, asking you to get out the vehicle.. just to chat... you then drove over 2, just to escape for no real reason that you couldn't RP out of...

Read the giant billboard next to the car shop... VDM = Ban.

Accidents happen, but you just didn't care.

I think he attempted to say that since VDMing someone does not kill the person, it should not be a bannable attempt and is probably striking at the fact that Neo is police AND a mod.
Ultimately, using your vehicle as a weapon is a bankable offense. You were caught doing it and as a result, was banned from the server. There are literally rules everywhere, accessible from the map, the website AND even large billboards advertising rules.

I'd suggest, if I may - an apology, a statement confirming you understand the rules and offer a blessing to Vladic. A sacrifice, perhaps. I hear he likes bacon.
