Banned for no reason (Unbanned - Ban was incorrect)

I have been issued with a ban because apparently I killed someone within the green zone, which I never did.



Me personally, that post to get me banned is not sufficient evidence to issue me with a ban, the pictures dont show me breaking the server rule.

That is why I am making this post, to show you exactly what happened on that day when, they claimed I killed in the green zone.

My evidence


This is the video of the situation.

This video was also used to get ShakeRomania banned for trying to rob within a green zone.

Would also like to add, that if I had seen that forum post about me, then my evidence would have been issued. But I did not see it.

If 1 more person uses "Banned for no reason" i swear the report is going to be locked and instantly denied.

I misjudged the report (I am on the whiskey i am afraid)... looked like from the screenshot it was one of the garages in the greenzone...

The guys who reported you are at fault, Just awaiting for ciaran to get off the desktop and ill get you unbanned, My apologies, thanks for providing the video.

Just out of curiosity, does this ban still count as a strike 1, leading to a perm ban or not?

 
Nope it doesn't as the counter evidence provided in the appeal shown a different story.
