2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)

I was playing normaly like yesterday or something i have like a video on youtube, like my last gameplay, and im really sad, cause i was banned for hacking, with Rahim ammo, probably ammo for a gun, which i dont know, the only assault rifle that i had was Katiba :( and yeah, i play this with my friend we do cooper run and iron, and this is not fair, but yeah if you could unbanned me i would be so gratefull :) theres the video of me and my friends (

The video is irrelevant, even though it is excellent. It has nothing to do with your crime (at least not directly, though one, perhaps two people in the video are probably at least partly responsible for your ban).

Thing is, you were observed in the logfiles as having handled or spawned ammo for a weapon that is not available on the server - more specifically, the ammo is illegal here. The only way it can be interacted with, is if it has been spawned illegally into the game.

Now, you're going to tell me that you had no idea, and that you didn't hack the ammo in yourself, I'm sure. Everyone says that, and who knows... you might even be telling the truth. But the thing is, you were rolling with a gang which included members like Marshall L (who has admitted hacking and has already been banned) and Remo Kushner (who has personally admitted to me on TS that he was receiving hacked ammo from Marshall L, and selling it and the guns it came with, for profit on the server). I expect you probably bought or were given one of these guns, and that's why you're in the BattlEye logs - but of course, we can never be sure. It is equally possible that you possess the same hacks that Marshall L has already confessed to owning, and that you spawned them in yourself.

If I had reason to believe that you had simply encountered this illegal ammo or gun lying on the floor in the middle of nowhere, and were dumb enough to have picked it up and kept it, instead of handing it in to police or admins, then I *might* be minded to let you off... that's what we normally do in this situation, and it's happened before. However, I *know* that you roll with Marshall L's gang - Remo has told me your name in a TS conversation yesterday, and I observed you myself whilst spectating several nights ago. We've also had numerous reports from other players that you were part of this group.

Unfortunately, Marshall L. has tainted you - and your colleagues, and possibly a few other probably-semi-innocent players - by enabling you to possess, interact with, or handle this illegal weapon and/or ammo, and the logs never lie. It sees you as a hacker, plain and simple. We then have to take a view and make a judgement call on just how 'innocent' you might really have been. At the moment, given other circumstances that are ongoing with regards to Marshall L, it's impossible for me to allow you to return to the game, until the situation is over and investigations are complete. Right now, you are banned, and will remain so for the forseeable future, which is probably a great shame, given your excellent video and roleplay above.

The moral is, "those who lie down with dogs, get up with fleas" - or put another way: "be careful of the company you keep". This company (specifically Marshall L, and possibly Remo Kushner) has put you in the frame for something that it is now *impossible* for us to prove your innocence on. In these circumstances, we usually take the stance that we must protect the rest of the community from hackers, and the ban must remain permanent.

However, be aware that it is currently the subject of a discussion between admins right now, and your following testimony in this thread may have a bearing on any final decision. Time to tell the WHOLE truth. Names, dates, times, places, equipment. Talk to me about artillery. Talk to me about instant kills. Talk to me about stuff you saw. Tell me what things you knew were going on that were 'dodgy', but you kept to yourself thinking it didn't matter, or that nobody would find out. We know you were involved with the team that made these things happen; the question is, to what degree?

Sing... you may just possibly save your life.
