Banned for mass VDM

So, I was banned for Mass-VDM, when I apparently crashed into a Helicopter that was invisible to me (desync causing placement of helicopter to be wrong for me). I was merely trying to get away from the rebels that was pestering me at the rebel outpost.

I am uploading an video to youtube as I write this, to prove this was not intentional.

I will update when I have finished uploading.

Is there a rule for robbing at the outpost? or is it ok?

Robbing at the outposts is completely fine, end of the day though don't go round robbing rebels if your unsure about what gang they belong to, you could end up in a whirlwind if shit.
