Banned for leaving during an arest.

Giving this a try, it can't get any worse. Things to keep in mind before reject:

• I am very new to this whole Altis life thing
• Not familiar with the rules (this isn't an excuse, but something to keep in mind)
• I am familiar with Arma, but have almost only watched Altis life until today. 
• This is not my account. My brother said i could play on it while he was away for one week. He was verry clear that i shouldn't get in to jail. Mention something about pilot license being expensive and that it his only rpg server that he is currently active on.
• He will literary kill me if he know that i made his account banned from this server. 

Earlier today i played on your server. (This situation was at the airfield) I was about too take out a chopper from the garage and taking it for a ride. Somehow there was a weapon laying at the ground. I picked it up, (i was thinking, why not?) there where only two players around. My friend and some stranger. After some attempts to unlock my heli i finally got it open, and the strangers jump in. I and my friend jump in fast and i lock the vehicle. The stranger is asking for a trade, heli for the empty weapon i was carrying. 

Now the cops suddenly shows up. Asking us to step out of the vehicle, it was locked and the stranger in the pilot seat decides to start the engine. Police open fire and pull me out of the heli. 

Said that i carried a rebel gun without license, i probably did. Only 2k on the bank and 13k on me and should pay 45k. I said that i didnt have the money, but i could fix it. I was going to jail. Being afraid as hell and decides to leave in hope that i will still keep the pilot license. This was a verry dumb move and i regret it as hell. Tought me that reading the rules can be a good thing to do. Please unban his account, I am verry sorry and hope that everything solves.

If I've heard this 'it wasn't me, it was my brother' tale once, I've heard it a million times, but this one is actually quite funny.

Your biggest mistake was disconnecting under restraint. You weren't to know, but that leaves the cop with a corpse stuck to the end of his gun for the rest of the server-session (anything up to 4 hours), which is a pain in the ass for him, and looks crummy for everyone else.

That's why disconnecting in restraint is a huge no-no, and an insta-ban - perma-style.

Go get your brother. Get him to explain why he let you play on his account in the first place. Without having a clue about the rules. That's almost as dodgy as you discoing in restraint, tbh.

I do appreciate your apology though... that will count for you in the final decision.

I am deaply sorry for doing this mistake. I had absolute no clue that my actions would affect the officer that restrained me. I would like to apologize once more to the players and specially to the officers that was around during the time. This was absolutley not meant to happen.

As i mention, my brother is (for me) luckily not home. He will come home next week on thursday and will presumably start exploring Altis straight away. I allready have to explain myself enough to him why his license and all money is gone. Probably my last days ever on this account. If you want him to explain himself why he borrowed his account to his younger brother, you will definitely see that on thursay. 

Most of all, i dont want my brother to take the lost for things i've done. I know It's a bit late for that, but it's not totally ruined yet. He trusted me and I did argue and promised him that nothing would happend. 

Once again, deaply sorry for my actions and for my bad English.

No. You're unbanned. I've just removed your BattlEye GUID from the banlist, but I've not been able to match the IP address reported by the system with any IP in the banlist. The IPs that match the 'crime report' don't match what the database thinks is your IP address...

So... this might mean that you still get kicked if you try and join. If that happens, please take note of the IP address you're using at the time you try to connect, and I will hunt that down in the banlist too, and remove it.
