Banned for hacking question?

Well when I first started playing on the server about 6-8 months ago I was banned for hacking, everything was sorted out, I was unbanned and the admin's declared I was not hacking and I'm just curious if this goes down as "strike 1" in the amount of times I can be banned. I was not hacking BTW, Just a server error.

If it was a mistake I am fairly certain it wont count as a real ban.  Also, Vixxy, maybe read the actual post next time?
