Banned for breaking NLR (Unbanned 09/10/2014)

I would just like to appeal as i have been banned for breaking nlr rule about 2 weeks ago and i was very new to altis and didnt know about this rule! Now i know about this 15 minute rule and i understand the rules and i havent broken nlr since!

I hope someone can back me up on this
